Shipping
Standard Shipping
- Free on orders over $75 AUD
- $8.95 flat rate on orders under $75 AUD
- Delivery in 3–7 business days Australia-wide
Express Shipping
- Calculated at checkout
- Delivery in 1–3 business days Australia-wide
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
Our 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your CompreX gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging
- We offer an exchange or store credit — no cash refunds on change-of-mind returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
How to Return
- Email us at hello@comprex.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- We'll reply within 24 hours on business days with return instructions
- Pack your item securely and send it back to us
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your exchange or store credit within 3–5 business days
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@comprex.com.au. We'll cover all return shipping costs and get the right product to you as quickly as possible.
